Buildings Insurance Cover
Buildings are defined as the Private Dwelling including domestic outbuildings, garages, greenhouses, swimming pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, septic tanks, fuel tanks, terraces, patios, decks, driveways, footpaths, walls, fences, gates, hedges and fixtures and fittings. The home insurance policy provides cover for loss or damage to the Buildings caused by any of the following insured risks (subject to the terms conditions and exclusions of the policy):

- Leakage of oil from any fixed heating installation

Contents Insurance Cover
Contents are defined as household goods, valuables, sports equipment and personal effects belonging to you (or which are your responsibility) or belonging to members of your family or any other person (excluding tenants) permanently residing with you. The policy provides cover for loss or damage to the Contents caused by any of the above insured risks.
Accidental Insurance Cover
Accidental Damage is an optional extension to the Buildings and Contents cover which covers accidental loss or damage to Buildings and Contents subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
