Following the reporting of an accident, we will contact you and/or any other party involved within 24hrs or the next working day.
We assign one of our Regional Claims Managers to personally oversee and manage all aspects of your claim.
If the unexpected has happened and you wish to make a claim please contact us. We are here to help and we ensure that all claims are settled quickly and fairly.
Home Emergency Assistance is included on all Liberty Insurance policies with both buildings and contents cover. This means if there is an emergency in your home, we can provide help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Home emergency assistance covers the cost of the call-out, labour and materials up to €250 for certain emergency repairs. If there is an emergency in your home.
If you make a claim under this section, it will not affect your no-claims discount.
