Loss of heating oil
We will cover you for loss of heating oil up to the value of €750 as part of your contents cover.
New for old cover
Get the value of a brand new replacement item, with no deduction for wear and tear. If you make a valid claim for your contents, we will replace, repair or pay an amount to replace the item as new with an equivalent item. Many policies make a deduction for wear and tear of older floor coverings, household linen and clothing. At Liberty insurance, we will not make a deduction for wear and tear of these items, so you will not be at a loss replacing these damaged items.

We provide cover for the contents of your deep freezer or refrigerator if they are spoilt up to €700.
Money and credit cards
We provide cover for personal money within the home, held for private purposes up to a maximum of €500 and credit cards up to €1500.
TV, audio, video and computer equipment
We cover loss or damage to television, video, audio and computer equipment up to €2000 for any one item.
Christmas and weddings
We increase your cover by 10% of your contents sum insured for FREE.
Visitors' Personal Belongings
We will cover up to a maximum amount of €1000 for the loss or damage to visitors' property by an insured peril.
Jury Service
We will pay you or your spouse/civil partner €25 per day up to a maximum of €700 for attending Jury Service.
