Job summary

Achieve the growth and profitability sales and renewals objectives established for the Direct CC inbound and outbound channels in the annual plan for Ireland by defining the strategy, coordinating the activities of the different teams and managing the Ireland CC Sales and renewals budgets related to acquisition costs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Achieve the growth and profitability objectives established in the annual plan for the CC Ireland Direct Sales and Renewal for both NB and cross selling.
  • Define the CC Sales and Renewals plan distribution among the different CC processes
  • Responsible for the CC Direct Sales and renewals acquisition cost in every CC process and the budget related to it.
  • Define the Commercial Methodology: sales processes, tools. To ensure the homogenization of processes and ways of working to achieve the objectives set out in the plan
  • Define the Sales KPI (Conversion Rate, product mix, average premium, etc.) and their targets for each CC Direct Sales and Renewals process.
  • Monitoring/Management of the customer advice sales team
  • Define the sales and renewal scripting for all the direct products - Private Motor, Home and Commercial
  • Define and control the incentive model for every CC Direct sales and renewal processes
  • Perform analysis and monitoring of the results for every CC Direct Sales and Renewals process to assure the achievements of the objectives and in search of actions or tools to improve the sales results and the acquisition budget.
  • Coordinate collaboration and teamwork with the areas that directly impact on the achievement of the established business objectives: trading, operations, product manager, marketing, etc.
  • Define and monitoring the CC Direct Sales and renewals performance quality of every Inbound Sales Process in order to assure the sales compliance and to improve the business results


  • Business-related 3rd level qualification ideally in Economic discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • CIP essential

Knowledge & Experience

  • At least 3 years in a position of similar responsibility or 5 years managing Sales teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of Sales Methodology, Call Centre operation and Sales Tools


  • Highly motivated with an ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with diverse groups
