Job Summary

Responsible for defining, developing and delivering a portfolio of insight led propositions for Liberty Insurance’s motor, home & SME products that will acquire, retain and maximise revenue for these areas.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage a roadmap of short and medium-term product, service, price and bundled propositions which delivers against volume, share and financial KPIs
  • Identify and drive through to delivery new and/or enhanced stand-alone and bundled motor, home & SME propositions based on customer, environment and performance analysis
  • Partner with the Brand, CX, Digital and UW teams to develop propositions, that meet current & future customer needs, understanding the customer journey and identifying opportunities for Liberty to differentiate in the market
  • Work with the CX team to identify customer pain points, developing propositions to remediate these issues
  • Work with the Head of Brand & Acquisition to identify and develop a series of SME propositions enabling Liberty Insurance to viably enter this market
  • Work with the Data Team to identifying how propositions are impacting our customer profiles and identify gaps which need to be closed
  • Create a proposition pipeline methodology to ensure there is an ongoing pipeline of propositions for trial
  • Advise on channel selection and implement new proposition training and information support as required to maximise channel effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure on-going communication and interaction



  • Bachelor degree level or other related third level qualification in marketing
  • Ideally APA/CIP Qualified


Experience & Knowledge

  • 4 + years relevant experience in a large blue chip organisation



  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally, have a high-level understanding of the financial services industry
  • Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can make use of revenue streams
  • High energy individual with a proven track record of operating in a dynamic, demanding & customer centric environment
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate achievement of results in previous roles including the obstacles which were overcome
  • Strategic awareness, ability and influencing skills to input and where appropriate shape both the medium and longer term strategy of the business
  • Must have a proven track record in customer understanding and how this has driven innovative proposition launches
  • Must be experienced in working with cross-functional teams, and ideally have experience of working remotely with International teams
