What happens after I have reported an incident or claim?
The claims coordinator opens a new claim against the policy , investigates, collects all documentation, establishes a view on liability and deals with the claim as appropriate, keeping the claimant updated as the claim proceeds.
Car, home, motorcycle or van
A Regional Claims Manager is appointed on all claims received and if further investigation is required will make contact with the policyholder. If applicable, an Incident Report Form will be forwarded to you for the policy holder to complete.
Your Regional Sales Manager is also notified and kept up to date on the progress of your claim.
