Reporting a Claim

No matter when it happens, we’re ready and waiting to spring into action to sort your claim. You can check in advance what’s covered by downloading your policy booklet. Then, when you're ready to talk to us, we'll talk you through the claims process, making it as pain-free as possible and staying with you right through the process until your claim is settled.

Who should you call in a household emergency?

If your policy has both building and contents cover, you automatically qualify for Emergency Home Repair. This means that if your pipes have burst or a slate has come loose on your roof, we’re here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, giving you all the help and advice that you need. We will cover the cost of up to 4 call-outs including the labour and materials needed for the emergency repairs up to a maximum value of €260 plus VAT for each emergency. Additional Cover as Standard

New-for-old contents cover

If your favourite carpet, bed linen or clothing has been damaged and cannot be repaired, we won’t pull the rug from under you with wear and tear deductions. Instead, we’ll cover the cost of replacing them with brand new items! Terms and conditions apply.


Cash and credit card cover

You work hard for your money, so whether it’s in paper form or on your credit card, we’ll include it in your home insurance if you have contents cover. Your cover will include up to €500 for personal cash in the home and €1,500 for credit or debit card fraud. Terms and conditions apply.
