Liberty Gestures – Offers & Discounts Platform

This is a promotional campaign from Liberty Insurance (the “Promotion”). The Promotion will run from July 11th 2017. Please refer to specific Offer & Discount Terms & Conditions. The Promotion is managed by WIN | WIN (PO Box 9653 Dublin), (the “Promoter”) a third-party rewards company, in conjunction with Liberty Insurance.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Upon qualification for this promotion, each user receives a Liberty Insurance e-mail with link and code to the Liberty Gestures website. On this website the user will be presented with a range of offers & discounts to choose from. The user selects an offer or discount from those available. The chosen offer or discount will generate a code for you to use in redeeming the promoted offer.
  2. The Customer needs to be the policyholder of a valid Liberty Insurance policy. Where a customer does not renew their policy, and is no longer a customer of Liberty, they will receive a grace period of one month, where after all access to Liberty Gestures will cease.
  3. E-Vouchers: The Offer or Discount you select will generate an automatic E-Voucher, please follow its specific guidelines. Specific terms and conditions will apply to each Offer or Discount and will be outlined on each voucher.
  4. If using the code via an online mechanic, you simply enter the promotion when prompted as part of the online payment process.
  5. Please always refer back to www.libertygestures.ie for full details of the promotion. You are required to have your unique Liberty Insurance redemption code to access the site.
  6. Each Log-In code is unique and should be used when entering the Liberty Gestures site.
  7. You will receive your eVoucher automatically after selecting your Offer or Discount choice
  8. If you do not receive your Offer or Discount code automatically please contact the support team on 1850 35 45 55 as quickly as possible after selecting your Offer or Discount to have your code re-issued. Any notifications outside of this window will not enable re-issuing of your code.

  10. Upon using the site for the first time, you will activate your entry into the Liberty Gestures competition (€500 Tour America Holiday voucher). Specific Terms & Conditions will apply to this prize should you be selected as the winner and they will be supplied with your voucher. The draw for the winner will take place in the first week of December 2017 as qualifying entrants will still be using Liberty Gestures up to this point in time.
  11. In addition to the American Holiday Competition, a retail treat is available to all Liberty customers who login to Liberty Gestures in the first 7 days post receiving their unique login code. The expiry to redeem this treat is 7 days from the day you are issued your Login Code notification. Extensions to this condition cannot be facilitated. Specific Terms & Conditions in relation to the Retail Treat will be listed within the Retail Treat voucher in the site.
  12. Please follow the online promotion instructions thoroughly to ensure you redeem the correct Offer or Discount. No substitutes or alternatives will be available.
  13. Vouchers are non-transferable.
  14. Each voucher has an expiry date and must be used before this expiry date.
  15. Breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the promotion. The decision of the Promoter in this matter will be final.
  16. The Promoter and Liberty Insurance will not be liable, either severally or jointly, or have any responsibility, for lost or stolen vouchers.

American Holidays Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition Draw for the €500 American Holidays voucher will take place in November 2017.
  2. Winner will be selected randomly from Liberty Gestures registrants and notified directly by Liberty Head Office.
  3. Winner will be instructed to contact WIN|WIN Travel on 01-6675377 or info@winwin.ie to claim their American Holidays voucher, quoting the Winners reference issued by Liberty Head Office at the time of being notified by Liberty Head Office.
  4. €500 Voucher is applicable to all American Holiday bookings, please visit www.americanholidays.ie to view packages available.
  5. €500 Voucher is not permitted to be used against your Holiday Deposit, it must be applied to any balance remaining over the Deposit amount.

Can I use the voucher more than once?

No. Your code is linked to your Liberty Gestures login and automatically becomes obsolete once activated per Offer or Discount.
What if I didn’t check the locations and there is no location near me?

What happens if my voucher expires?

Unfortunately, the expiry conditions on your Offer or Discount is set and cannot be extended.

What if there is no availability when I try to book in advance and the expiry is coming up soon?

Please refer to specific Reward Terms & Conditions. The Promotion is managed by WIN | WIN (PO Box 9653 Dublin), (the “Promoter”) a third-party rewards company, in conjunction with Liberty Insurance.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Upon qualification for this promotion, each user receives a Liberty Insurance e-mail with link and code to the Liberty Gestures website. On this website, the user will be presented with a range of rewards to choose from. The user selects one reward from those available. The chosen reward will generate a code for you to use in redeeming the promoted offer.
  2. E-Vouchers: If the reward you selected generates an E-Voucher, please follow the following guidelines. On the day that the user intends visiting their selected reward provider they will present the E-Voucher to the partner provider. The partner provider either (a) enters their Outlet Code into the e-voucher or (b) selects ‘Validate Voucher’ function to authorise e-voucher. You must activate the code only on the day you intend visiting the cinema you have selected. It has a 24-hour activation countdown once activated. Your cinema voucher will only be valid on the day activated.

What if I click redeem on a reward I do not want?

Please contact WIN|WIN promotions on the supplied contact channels to report this strictly within 24 hours of selecting your original reward. Any requests falling outside of the 24-hour window cannot be facilitated.
