KBC and Ulster Bank will be ceasing day to day banking services in Ireland over the coming months.

If you have been impacted by the closure of KBC or Ulster Bank from the Irish market, Liberty is here for you. Read more below on what the next steps are for you as a Liberty Insurance policyholder to ensure there is no impact to your policy.

How to update your payment details with Liberty

You can choose one of the following options:

Account Experience/Multidevice/64px - Multidevice

Through our website

Click below and follow the steps to update your payment information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You need your new account IBAN to change your payment details.

Account Experience/Phone/64px - Phone

Give us a call

To update your debit or credit card call us on 1800 89 1890 and speak with a member of our team. Our agents are available to take your call Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

What happens next

Once your new payment details have been received, we will update your policy. It will take up to 14 days for us to process your new bank details so if your next payment is due within 14 days of updating your payment details, payment will be taken from your current bank account. We will then use your new payment details for future payments so there is no interruption to your policy cover.

To confirm the change, we will notify you by post.

Please be aware, if you fail to make payments for your policy; your cover may cease, and you may need to make alternative arrangements.
